Michael LaVern Jarosz, 71 of Ventura passed away on July 31, 2016 with his wife by his side.
Michael was Born in March 13, 1945 in Denver, Colorado. Michael was in the U.S. Navy serving in the seabees in the Vietnam War. He joined the Port Hueneme Police Department and later became a Deputy in the Ventura County Sheriff Office. He retired in 1980 from the Sherriff's office and became a private investigator, later joining the conflict defense attorneys as a private investigator of Ventura County.
He leaves his wife of 22 years Sherilyn Jarosz; 4 children Kristine, Kim, Michael Anthony, and Nicole; two step-daughters Tracie and Daylene; as well as numerous grandchildren and one great-grandchild. He also survived by his mother Mary Jarosz; brothers Patrick and Danny Jarosz; and sister Jackie Jarosz.
Family and friends are invited to toast Michael's life on Saturday August 20, 2016 at 1pm in the V.F.W. Lounge 3801 Market Street Ventura.
