Marcella Mae (Prentice) Freund, 91, of Anderson died July 29, 2016 at her residence.
She was born, November 22, 1924 in Bruceville, IN to Jacob R. and Hettie (Simpson) Prentice.
She was a bar tender and worked production at RCA for several years.
Marcella was a member of La Societe de Femme # 510, Ladies Auxiliary of VFW Post 266, American Legion Auxiliary #127, Fraternal Order of Eagles Auxiliary #174, and was a life member of Madison County Women's Democrat Club.
She is survived by her three children, Ronald Freund (fiancée, Leah Richmand), Sheila Johnson and Rick Freund all of Anderson; and six grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, James A. Freund.
Graveside services will be 2 p.m. on Wednesday with Pastor Don Billey officiating.
Burial will follow at Anderson Memorial Park Cemetery.
Private visitation will be held.
