Mandy B. (Farias) Aguiar, age 36, of Westport, passed away on Saturday July 30, 2016. She was the loving wife of John Aguiar, and daughter of Kenny and Rhonda (Farias) Moniz. She was a hairdresser at A Cut Above doing what she loved, enjoyed listening to music, going to the beach, spending time with family and above all else loved being a mom.
In addition to her husband she is survived by her children; Jake and Morgan Aguiar, brother; Nathan Moniz, mother and father-in-law; John and Filomena Aguiar, grandparents; Joseph and Ruth Farias, and Edwina Moniz, brother-in laws; Steve Aguiar (wife Emily) and Brian Aguiar, several aunt, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. She was also predeceased by her grandfather James Moniz, and John’s grandparents Joseph and Helena Viveiros, and John and Maria Gloria Aguiar.
Her funeral will take place from the Manuel Rogers & Sons Funeral Home 1521 N. Main St. Fall River on Thursday here at 9 A.M. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial St. Theresa’s Church, in Tiverton at 10 A.M. Interment in St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Fall River. Calling hours on Wednesday from 4-8 P.M.
