Cleo M. (Carlson) Lockard 86, passed away Friday July 29, 2016 at Audubon Hospital.
She was a member of St. Paul at Shively Heights Baptist Church and a homemaker.
She is preceded in death by her parents : John Carlson and Hazel E. Moore; and infant daughter, Neala Kay.
She is survived by her loving husband of 67 years, James W. Lockard, Sr.; children, Sharon Lynn Barker ( Norman) , James W. Lockard Jr. (Valerie) and Carol Jo Light (James); grandchildren, Neal and Brad Barker, Dawn and Joyce Kulp, Kristie Jennings, Jen Driscoll and Lee Blakeman; eleven great-grandchildren; sister, Jo Ann Winstead (Richard).
Her funeral will be 1pm Tuesday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Hwy, with burial at Louisville Memorial Gardens, West.
Visitation will be 12 pm to 8 pm on Monday and after 11 am Tuesday.
