Schmidt, Richard W., 84, passed away Wednesday, July 27, 2016.
Richard was a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean War, and was the Vice President of manufacturing at Fetter Printing Company.
He is survived by his wife, Merel C. (Wheatley) Schmidt; two daughters, Gloria Jones (CJ), and Pamela Cabell (Chuck); two grandchildren, Jennifer and Troy; and two great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were Friday at Owen Funeral Home 5317 Dixie Hwy. Burial was private in Louisville Memorial Gardens West.
