Diane S. (Daigle) Hubbard, 59, of Charlton died Saturday, July 30th at home surrounded by her family. She leaves her son, Warren R. Hubbard of Douglas; her longtime companion, Gary Taylor of Charlton; a sister, Maureen Daigle of Worcester; three brothers, Roland Daigle of Barre, Robert Daigle and Joseph Daigle both of Worcester; two granddaughters, Elizabeth and Kayla Hubbard both of Whitinsville and many nieces and nephews. She also leaves her dog, Rocky, whom she enjoyed taking to the dog park.
She was born in Worcester the daughter of Roland and Josephine (Toscano) Daigle. Diane graduated from Auburn High School and attended Becker College. She was a bookkeeper for many years at the El Morocco Restaurant. Diane enjoyed spending time with her sister, Maureen at Foxwoods playing bingo. She took pleasure in spending time with her granddaughters and taking them to the beach. She was a member of a candlepin bowling league for many years.
Calling hours are Wednesday, August 3rd from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. in O’CONNOR BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 592 Park Avenue, Worcester. Burial will follow in Notre Dame Cemetery.
