Daniel Joseph "Danny" Burns, 57, of Anderson died unexpectedly on July 24, 2016 at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis.
Danny was born June 12, 1959 in Anderson to James D. and Ara L. (Clark) Burns. He lived in North Webster for 30 years before moving back to Anderson. He was passionate about racing and passed doing what he loved.
He is survived by his mother, Ara L. (Clark) Burns of Anderson; brother, Bob (Brenda) Burns; aunt and uncle Betty (Tom) Beaty; nephew, Jason (Stacey) Burns; great nephew, Quintin Burns and several cousins and many good friends; Terri, Randy, Bill, Ryan, Jimmy, Judy, Janet, Andy, Bobby, Jared, Brent, Ed, Mike, Nika, Chad, Marty and his racing buddies.
He was preceded in death by his father, James D. Burns and a nephew, Jeff Burns.
Visitation will be on Tuesday, August 2, 2016 at Rozelle-Johnson Funeral Service from 10:00 a.m. until noon with the service immediately following with Pastors Phil Bruzzese of Park Place Church of God and Todd Faulkner of Chesterfield Community Church of God officiating.
Burial will follow at Anderson Memorial Park Cemetery
