Jeremy Smith
Evans, GA – Mr. Chadwick Jeremy Smith, 45, entered into rest Sunday, July 24, 2016.
Jeremy was a native and lifelong resident of Evans. He graduated from Evans High School in 1989 and Georgia Southern University in 1995. He was an avid Georgia Bulldog fan. He loved to cook. Jeremy never met a stranger and was always willing to help others. He was a great salesman. But most of all, Jeremy was a loving father who will be greatly missed by his children.
Family members include his son: Zack Chadwick Smith; daughter: Kayley Lynn Smith; mother: Sally M. Aenchbacher; brother: Paul Aenchbacher; grandfather: Paul Edward Myers; and numerous cousins.
Funeral services will be held Friday, July 29, 2016 at 11:00 A.M. in the chapel of Thomas Poteet & Son with Rev. Brian Ayers officiating. Burial will follow in Bellevue Memorial Gardens.
