Hubbardston: Ada M. (Rogers) Tremblay, 82, passed away on Friday, July 22, 2016 in Gardner Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. Her husband of 59 years, Julius J. Tremblay, Jr. predeceased her in 2010. She leaves four sons and two daughters- Pamela M. (Tremblay) Schirner and her husband Jeffrey; David M. Tremblay and his wife Linda; Donna M (Tremblay) Wead and her husband Dennis; Arthur F. Tremblay; Mark A. Tremblay and his wife Karen; and Gary E. Tremblay; three grandchildren- Marci L. Drummey, Felicia L. Wead, and Daniel Tremblay; and four great-grandchildren- Aidan & Ciara Drummey, Christina M. Hutchens, and Lianna Ricker. She was predeceased by two sisters.
Ada was born in Hyannis, daughter of the late Harold and Ruth (Hudon) Rogers. She attended Worcester Girls Trade School and worked for many years as a school bus driver for Mac- Mae's Bus Company. She enjoyed camping, hiking, going to the beach and traveling with her family.
Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, July 27, 2016 from 5-7 p.m. in Nordgren Funeral Home 300 Lincoln St. Worcester. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 28, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Evergreen Cemetery, Hubbardston.
