Joseph “Ray” Higdon, 59, passed away July 20, 2016.
He was an electrician and a former member of the I.B.E.W. and a catholic by faith.
Ray is survived by his daughter Elizabeth S. Revels (Wolf); parents Rudell and Joseph R. Higdon; brother Tony Higdon and granddaughter Desert Revels.
Funeral service will be Sunday at 4 P.M. at Owen Funeral Home with burial in Louisville Memorial Garden (West) on Monday.
Visitation will be Sunday at 10 A.M. until 4 P.M at the funeral home.
Donations can be made to the family in care of the funeral home.
