Alice R. Kohler
Manchester– Alice R. (Grandbois) Kohler, 98, died July 21, 2016 at Hanover Hill Nursing Home following a lengthy illness.
She was born in Manchester on January 15, 1918 the daughter of George and Josephine (Deveault) Grandbois.
Prior to her retirement she had been a Sales Account Representative for Hartford Insurance.
She was a longtime parishioner of St. George Roman Catholic Church, and most recently St. Joseph Cathedral.
She was predeceased by her husband Harold Kohler on June 4, 1968.
Family members include two sons, Raymond Kohler and his wife, Marie of Manchester, Robert Kohler and his wife, Sandra of Florida, 3 grandchildren; Christine, Karyn, and Robin, 6 great grandchildren; Kyle, Cameron, Cole, Brady, Joseph, and Jessica, one great great granddaughter, Marley, and two nieces.
She was also predeceased by one brother, Jacques Grandbois, and one sister, Rosaline Bourque.
A calling hour will be held on Monday from 10 AM to 11 AM at J. N. Boufford & Sons Funeral Home, 110 Bridge St.
A prayer service will follow at 11 AM in the funeral home.
A committal service will take place in Mt. Calvary Cemetery, 474 Goffstown Rd.
