Marjorie T. (Dornan) Hopkins passed away peacefully at home in her loving family’s company on Wednesday, July 20, 2016. Born in Holbrook, Mrs. Hopkins was a resident of Quincy for many years prior to her move to Milton. She and her family also happily summered for 25 years at Grindell’s in Dennisport. An active parishioner of St. Agatha Church, she proudly served as a Eucharistic Minister and a member of the Choir. Mrs. Hopkins was a longtime member of the Neighborhood Club of Quincy and a former employee of Remick’s Dept. Store, Quincy and The Gallery at the Milton Marketplace. The beloved wife of Charles W. Hopkins, she was the devoted mother of Gail T. (Hopkins) Clear and her husband Jeff Coombs of Stamford, CT, Patricia T. Hopkins, M.D. and her husband Peter Friedensohn, M.D. of Boston and Jeanne Marie T. Hopkins O.D. and her husband Senator John F. Keenan of Quincy; dear sister of Mary M. Houghton of Squantum and the late Helen F. Heffernan, Charles F. and Leo E. Dornan and the cherished grandmother of 9 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Agatha Church, Milton, Monday at 10:30 AM. Visiting hours at the Alfred D. Thomas Funeral Home, 326 Granite Ave., Milton, Sunday 4 to 6 PM. Burial in Mt.
