Dwan of Wilmington, Ronda (Dwan) Pennington and her husband Jonathan of Lowell, and Randi A. Dwan of Wilmington. Brother of Richard Dwan, Kenneth Dwan, Carolie Kelly, Robert Dwan and the late David Dwan. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be conducted in the Dello Russo Family Funeral Home, 374 Main St., WILMINGTON, Saturday, July 23rd, at 5 pm.
