FALL RIVER… Harriet M. Withington, 58 of Fall River passed away July 17, 2016 at her home following a brief illness.
She was the fiance of George F. Cote of Fall River.
Born in Fall River, she was a daughter of the late Charles Sr. and Marguerite (Parkhurst) Withington.
Ms. Withington was a communicant of St. Anne’s Church, Fall River and enjoyed camping and cookouts.
Along with her fiance, she is survived by her brother: Richard Withington of Plymouth, 2 sisters: Pauline Blake of Boston and Pat of Florida, 2 grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. She was mother of the late Shawn Withington and sister of the late Charles Withington, Jr.
Funeral to which relatives and friends are invited will be held Thursday, July 21, 2016 at 8 AM from the South Coast Funeral Home, 1555 Pleasant St. Fall River followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 AM at St. Anne’s Church, South Main St. Fall River. Interment will be in Notre Dame Cemetery, Fall River. Calling hours will be held Wednesday from 5 - 8 PM.
