Kenneth Ferrante of Somerville died on Friday, July 15. Born and raised in Somerville, he was the beloved son of Mary (DelSapio) and the late Charles M. Ferrante. Kenneth proudly served in the U.S. Air Force during the Vietnam War, after which he returned to Somerville and worked for many years at Tufts University.
Kenneth was the devoted father of Cathy Ferrante and the cherished brother of Catherine Burgess of Granby, Connecticut.
Visiting hours will be held on Friday, July 22, from 9 through 11 AM at the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., Medford. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Services will conclude with burial at Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett.
