Willard M. Willoughby, 83, of Rebecca, Georgia, died Monday, July 18, 2016, at his residence.
Graveside services will be held 10 AM, Wednesday, July 20, 2016, at Salem Cemetery in Ben Hill County, with the Rev. Carlton Webb officiating.
Mr. Willoughby was born April 5, 1933, in Turner County, Georgia and lived there all his life. He worked with the street department for the City of Rebecca. Mr. Willoughby served in the United States Army and was of the Baptist faith.
He is survived by his nephews: Elvin Hall & Brenda of Ocilla and Bo Wood & Ann of Worth County; a niece: Joyce Stephens of Lakeland, Florida; two great-nephews: Michael Hall & Tara of Cordele and Kevin Hall & Heather of Abbeville; two great great nephews: Koltson Hall of Abbeville and Fischer Hall of Cordele. He was preceded in death by four brothers and two sisters.
