Jane R. (Cole) Chism, 82, passed away July 15,2016.
She had attended Beechland Baptist Church and was an avid sport fan especially the University of Louisville.
Jane was preceded in death by her husband James E. Chism.
She is survived by her children Brad Chism (Pam), Mark Chism (Trish), Cherry Glass (Floyd) and Leigh Ann Vertrees ( Kenny aka. Johnny); sisters Pat Hockman and Judy Cole; brother Bill Cole; 11 grandchildren and 36 great grandchildren.
Funeral service will be Tuesday at 1 P.M. at Owen funeral Home 5317 Dixie Highway with burial in Bethany Cemetery.
Visitation will be Monday at 2 P.M. until 8 P.M. and after 10 A.M. on Tuesday at the funeral home.
