Patricia F. Finkelstein, 86, of Brewster passed away peacefully at her daughter’s home in Provincetown Wednesday, July 13, 2016. She was the wife of the late Dr. Lawrence Finkelstein.
Born in Everett, the daughter of the late Patrick and Margaret Cronin, she was a graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University. She was a Registered Nurse prior to her retirement.
Mrs. Finkelstein enjoyed Cape Cod, splitting her time between her daughters’ homes in Provincetown, Brewster and Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. She was also an avid reader, particularly of history.
She is survived by daughters Donna Ritvo of Brewster and Birdie Cornette and daughter-in-law Lin Gentemann, of Provincetown as well as grandson Fred Ritvo of Brewster.
At her request, services will be private. She will be buried with her husband at the Massachusetts National Veterans Cemetery in Bourne.
