Mulvey, Claire M, 83, died unexpectedly Tuesday at home after a long illness. She was the beloved wife of Thomas J. Mulvey. They were married for 59 years.
She was a resident of Harmony for 52 years. She had been a homemaker, she collected antiques and collectibles and enjoyed flea markets.
She was a graduate of Hope High School and worked at the state home and school.
Besides her husband, she is survived by three children, Thomas Mulvey, III and Susan Mulvey both of Pascoag, James Mulvey of Scituate and three grandchildren.
A Memorial mass will be held Saturday at 9:30am in St. Philip Church, 622 Putnam Pike, Greenville. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital, P. O. Box 50, 505 North Parkway, Memphis, TN 38101-0050. For guestbook please visit
