Augusta, GA – Mrs. Yvonne Summerall Smith, 79, beloved wife of the late Charles Thomas Smith, Sr., entered into rest on Tuesday, July 12, 2016 at Golden Living Center of Augusta.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, July 15, 2016 at Platt’s Crawford Avenue Chapel with Chaplain Ken Wilson officiating. Interment to follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM until service time.
Mrs. Smith retired from the Murray Biscuit Company and was a member of Crawford Avenue Baptist Church.
Mrs. Smith is survived by her children, Lesia McCormick, Terry Bain (Jerry), and Charles “Bubba” Smith, Jr.; her seven grandchildren; her ten great-grandchildren; and by her very special friend, Phil Williams.
Pallbearers will be Craig Smith, Matt Bain, Eric McCormick, Zach McCormick, Larry Bain, and Craig Usry.
