Charlotte Girouard-Barrus, (Earle) age 84 of Easton passed away July 10th at the Good Samaritan Hospital in Brockton. Born in Boston, she was raised in Rockland and has lived in Easton for over 30 years. She was a volunteer for the Special Olympics and a Eucharistic Minister at Holy Cross Church in Easton. Beloved wife of the late Ira Barrus, Jr. Mother of Albert J. Girouard and his wife Patricia of Easton, John G. Girouard and his wife Maureen of Middleboro, Charlene O’Regan and her husband Timothy of Canton, Dennis M. Girouard of FL, Christine Girouard of CA, Michelle Barrus of Brockton and the late Karen Girouard. Sister of Linda Ducharme of RI and the late Albert Molander. Also survived by 8 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Visiting hours at the Dockray & Thomas Funeral Home 455 Washington St. Canton Wednesday 5-8 pm. Funeral mass at Holy Cross Church 225 Purchase St. Easton Thursday morning at 10. Burial VA National Cemetery, Bourne Thursday afternoon at 1:30.
