Meredy P. Russell of Cape Junction, Oregon, formerly of Smithfield, died Tuesday, June 28th, 2016 in Oregon. She was the life companion of Michael Carroll.
Born in Smithfield, she was the daughter of the late F. Daniel Russell, DMD and the late Edith (Holden) Russell. She was a vineyard worker for 30 years. She had lived in Smithfield, before moving to Oregon, where she made her home for the past forty years.
She is survived by her step-daughter Hallie Perez of Portland, Oregon, her step-granddaughter Kassidie Mullen of Portland, Oregon, and her siblings, Col. David H. Russel, RIARNG (Ret.) of Pascoag, F. Daniel Russell, Jr, of Foster, Andrew J. Russell of Glocester, Pamela A. Warhurst of Warwick, Ardith J. Russell of Woonsocket, Chief Master Sergeant Heidi C. Muniec, RIANG (Ret.), of Wales, Massachusetts, Erica E. Russell of Greenville. She is predeceased by her sister, Roanne J. Russell.
Funeral service and burial will be private.
