Johnny was a manager for Cricket Wireless. He was a 2006 graduate of Greenbrier High School. Johnny loved to play video games, watch movies, and fish. He was an avid reader and well-versed in the genres of Science Fiction and Fantasy. He was an incredibly intelligent, charismatic young man with a keen sense of humor.
Family members include his mother: Carol Owens Trapp and husband Russell; father: Brad Smith and wife Sally; sister: Katelyn Smith; paternal grandparent: Johnny Braxton Smith; aunt: Carla Bailey and husband Michael; uncle: Gary Dwayne Owens; great aunt: June Peters; and a host of other loving family members. He is preceded in death by his maternal grandmother: Sue Owens West and paternal grandmother: Patricia Smith.
