Ronnie Croft, 59, of Fitzgerald, Georgia, died Friday, July 8, 2016, at his residence.
Funeral services will be held 2 PM, Sunday, July 10, 2016, at Christian Fellowship. Interment will follow in the Evergreen Cemetery. The family will receive friends Saturday evening, from 6 to 8, at the funeral home in Fitzgerald.
Mr. Croft was born August 12, 1956, in Sycamore, Georgia to the late George Hoyt & Zoellen Hardy Croft. He lived in the community most of his life and worked in maintenance, for over 27 years, for Shaw Industries. Mr. Croft enjoyed hunting, fishing and most of all his grandchildren. He was of the Christian faith.
He is survived by his wife of 21 years: Mary Dillard Croft of Fitzgerald; children: Mary Anne & Darrell McCall of Titusville, Florida, Ronald Croft, Jr. & Erin of Fitzgerald, Amanda & Justin McCrimmon of Fitzgerald and Jessi Morrison Faircloth & Chuck of Fitzgerald; nine grandchildren: Morgan Croft, Alexis McCall, Cloe Croft, Jaiden Croft. Tyler McCrimmon, Ethan McCrimmon, Isaac McCrimmon, Gabe Faircloth and Zack Morrison; siblings: Charlotte Douylliez of Fitzgerald, Doug & Teresa Croft of Fitzgerald, Ralph Croft of Fitzgerald, Kenneth Croft of Fitzgerald, Brenda & Paul McCullough of Albany, Mary Jo & Wayne Cooley of Fitzgerald and Sandra Harris of Jacksonville, Florida. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother: Michael Croft.
