TAUNTON – Lionel “Leo” Rivera, died unexpectedly at his home on July 4, 2016.
He was 63.
Born in Juana Diaz, Puerto Rico, he was the son of Delia Sanchez and Francisco Rivera.
Educated in Puerto Rico, Leo moved to this area in 2004. He loved music and helped everyone. He was known as “Uncle Leo” by friends. Leo was a very happy man!
Survivors include eight brothers, Angel Garriga and his wife Michele, Kermin, Osvaldo and Alexander Garriga, Aladino Sanchez, Alan, Edwin and Wilbert Class; two sisters, Gladys Garriga and Wanda Class; and over forty nieces and nephews.
His funeral will be private.
