Stella "Cleo" (Reeder) Glover, 90, of Middletown, went home to be with the Lord on July 6, 2016 at 7 a.m., with her family by her side, after a long battle with Alzheimer's.
She lived with her daughter and son-in-law for the last 4 years.
Cleo was born, October 5, 1925 to the late Carrie (Jessie) and William Reeder in Carter County, Kentucky.
Cleo was a loving wife and mother who loved working in her yard and with her flowers in Anderson where she lived most of her life.
She loved listening to gospel music and loved the Lord attending Valley Grove Baptist Church.
Cleo was preceded in death by her parents, William and Carrie Reeder, husband, Allen Glover, son, Leslie Jay Glover, three brothers, Lawrence, Arthur and Floyd James Reeder, three sisters, Atha Ruley, Edna Holbrook and Violet Reeder and her son-in-law, Jerry Kendall.
Cleo is survived by her two sons, Gary Glover and Danny (Carolyn) Glover, three daughters
Claudette (Johnny) Garner, Becky Kendall all of Anderson and Carrie (Scott) Antrim of Pendleton; 13 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great-grandchildren, her sister, Bertha Reeder and several nieces and nephews.
We would like to thank Community Home Health Hospice North Team and extend a special thank you to nurse Pam Herman and to Chaplains.
Funeral services will be 1 p.m. on Friday at Rozelle-Johnson Funeral Service with Pastor Ron Halbert officiating. Burial will follow at South Mound Cemetery in New Castle, IN. Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Friday prior to the service.
Memorial contributions may be given to Alzheimer's Association.
