William Velez, age 52, of Boston's South End, formerly of Mayaguez, Puerto Rico, on July 5, 2016. His funeral services will take place at the Brady & Fallon Funeral Home 10 Tower St. (Opp. Forest Hills MBTA Station) Jamaica Plain on Friday July 8 from 10 am until 12 noon. Interment will then take place at Fairview Cemetery.
