HORNE - Mary Frances Horne, 75, passed away July 4, 2016 at the Community Hospice Warner Center in Fernandina Beach.
Mary was born January 14, 1941 in Fort Myers, FL and had just moved to Fernandina Beach, FL from Homerville, GA before passing away.
She enjoyed working at LARC in Ft. Myers, loved her family and friends, loved getting her hair and nails done and especially loved Elvis.
She was predeceased by her Father LE Horne, her Mother Pauline Davis, her Stepmother Reba Horne and her sister Ann Durance.
Survivors include three sisters, Paula Hicks of Lakeland, GA, Lynne Murray (Grady) of Yulee, FL and Sandy Slaughter (Steve) of Camden, SC; and two brothers, George H. Horne (Martha) of Berlin, GA and Ed Horne, (Jami) of Ft. Myers, FL as well as many dearly loved nieces and nephews.
Mary's life will be celebrated Saturday at a private gathering of her family and friends and at Lovejoy Community Church in Lakeland GA at a later date.
