Smith, Reva Delores (Guthrie), 87, passed away July 2, 2016 in Mt. Washington, KY.
She was born to William O., and Eva (Underhill) Guthrie January 12, 1929.
Reva was a member of Christian Assembly Church, and retired from Dr. William Jeffries as his assistant in 1983.
She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Orville Smith; a brother, John Guthrie; and two sisters, Wanda Guthrie, and Clara McClanahan.
Left to cherish her memory are her son, Dallas W. Smith (Naomi); a granddaughter, Angela Duvall (Dusty); a great-grandson, Avery Duvall; and a brother, William “Bill” Guthrie.
Funeral Services will be Tuesday at 1:00PM at Christian Assembly Church 9020 Stonestreet Rd., Louisville, KY. Burial will be in Beth Haven Cemetery, with visitation 12:00-1:00PM at the Church.
