Annette E. Grondin, 85, of Manchester, NH, died Friday July 1, 2016, at Elliot Hospital in Manchester. She was born in Lawrence, MA on October 9, 1930, a daughter of the late George and Ida (Noel) Demers. She loved to spend her time reading, but most of all she loved the time spent with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She is survived by her beloved husband George Grondin; four sons, Allen Riberdy and his wife Evelyn, Mark Riberdy and his wife Debra, Kevin Riberdy and his wife JoAnn, Gary Riberdy and his wife Jeannie; three daughters, Ann Marie Riberdy, Linda (Talbot) Preskins and her husband William and Joyce Leblanc; 29 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren, as well as several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Grondin was predeceased by her first husband Laurent Riberdy; son Brian Riberdy; daughter Joan (Chani) Riberdy and two sisters, Bella Turmel and Arlene Simard.
A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated, Tuesday July 5 at 3:30 pm in St. Peter's Church, Manchester Rd., Auburn, NH. After cremation the burial will be in Pine Grove Cemetery, Brown Ave. Manchester. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Alzheimer's Association, MA/NH Chapter 166 River Road- Suite 210 Bedford, NH 03110 or to the Elliot Hospital, Palliative Care Unit, One Elliot Way, Manchester, NH 03103. The Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium of Derry are assisting the family.
