Shirley Anna Houde, age 78, of Fall River, passed away on June 29, 2016 at St. Annes Hospital. She was the beloved wife of the late Donald Houde, Sr. Born in Fall River, she was the daughter of the late Alfred & Anna Paquin. She was a long time member of the Amvets Ladies Auxilliary. She loved her cats, crocheting and sewing. She especially enjoyed spending time with family and friends.
Shirley leaves behind her children Donald Houde, Jr. (wife Michele) of Fall River and Darleen Scully (husband John) of Plainville; sister Beatrice Paquin of OK; 4 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. She was predeceased by her sister Linda Kennedy.
Her calling hours will take place in the Manuel Rogers & Sons Funeral Home 1521 N. Main St. Fall River on Friday from 4-7 P.M. with a service at 6:30 P.M.. Cremation to follow.
