June L. Ricker
Longtime Tewksbury resident
TEWKSBURY: June L. (Chase) Ricker, age 91, a longtime Tewksbury resident, formerly of Winchester and Lexington, passed away at the Heritage Nursing Care Center in Lowell on Monday, June 20, 2016.
She was the beloved wife of Winfield W. Ricker, Jr., who passed away on November 11, 1992.
Born in Littleton on June 22, 1924, she was the daughter of the late Howard W. Chase and the late Louise E. (Lewis) Chase.
June was pre-deceased by her daughter, Mildred D. Rice and her son-in-law, Joseph Rice, who both passed away in 2014.
She was the sister of Helen, Dorothy, John and Howard.
June is survived by numerous extended family members including Marcia Chase, Dana DeMerchant, and Betty Fredericks.
Calling hours will be Wednesday, June 29th, from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. at the Farmer & Dee Funeral Home, 16 Lee St., Tewksbury, immediately followed by prayer services to be held at the funeral home at 1 p.m. Interment to follow at Tewksbury Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations in June’s memory may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, 480 Pleasant St., Watertown, MA 02472.
