BEVERLY: Lillian A. (Zaccone) Guidetti, 91, died Saturday, June 18, 2016 at Care One @ Essex Park, Beverly following a brief illness. She was the wife of the late Carlo f. Guidetti who died in 2005.
Born in Stoneham on August 14, 1924, she was the daughter of the late Guy S. and Josephine (Manganiro) Zaccone. She had resided in Beverly for many years before moving to Peabody in 1982.
Lillian worked as the full charge bookkeeper for Johnny Appleseed’s in Beverly for twenty years. She was a member of the Women’s Bowling League in Beverly and enjoyed volunteering her time for the Beverly Senior Center, doing the books for the weekly Bingo.
She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Karen A. and Carl P. Angelini of Tubac, AZ; her son, Carl P. Guidetti of Peabody and several nieces and nephews. She was also predeceased by three sisters and two brothers.
Her funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday in St. John the Evangelist Church, New Balch St., Beverly at 10 a.m. Visiting hours will be held on Thursday in the Grondin Funeral Home, 376 Cabot St., Beverly from 5 – 8 p.m. Relatives and friends are cordially invited to attend. Interment will be held in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Beverly. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in her memory to Care One @ Essex Park, 265 Essex St., Beverly, MA 01915.
