Steven A. Enos, age 68, of Brockton, died June 18, 2016 at Brockton Hospital/Signature Healthcare following a brief illness. Born in Newton, Steven was the son of the late John F. and Marjorie (Muse) Enos. Raised in Reading, he was a graduate of Reading High School and attended Salem State College. He was a Vietnam Army Veteran, and for several years was employed at General Electric Company, and retired from the US Post Office after 36 years. He was a member of IAABO Board 54, and was a basketball referee on the South Shore. He was also an avid sports fan and enjoyed reading.
Steven is survived by his children Kimberlee Adams of Minnesota, Gregory Enos and his wife Ines of Brockton and Kerry Enos of Framingham; four grandchildren, Kayla and Devon Adams and Madeline and Corrina Enos and several nieces and nephews. He was the twin brother of Stephanie Enos of Colorado, and brother of Karen Hubbard of Melrose, and the late Marjorie Darling and Timothy Enos.
Visiting Hours will be held in the Conley Funeral Home, 138 Belmont Street (Rte 123) Brockton, Thursday 5-8pm. The funeral procession will gather at the funeral home Friday at 8am for a funeral Mass in Christ the King Church at 9am. Burial in the Massachusetts National Cemetery, Bourne.
