Passed away peacefully on Sunday, June 19, 2016. Preceded in death by his parents Vila and Alfred Sr. Survived by wife, Laurine; daughters Lynne and Kristine; grandchildren Travis (Darcy) Oestreich, and Sara (Doug) Comforti; great-granddaughters Lucy, Violet, and Ella Comforti. He retired from 3M, was a member of the Garnet Lodge, enjoyed square dancing, golfing, bowling, and was a proud Norwegian. His sense of humor and the love he had for his family will be greatly missed. Funeral service, 11 AM, Thursday, June 23rd at NORTH PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH, 2674 E. Hwy. 36, North St. Paul, MN, with a visitation 1 hour prior to the service. Interment at Forest Lawn Cemetery.
