Roberta F. (Mathews) Kuskoski age 72 of Brockton, died Thursday June 16, 2016 at the Good Samaritan Medical Center after a brief illness. She was the wife of the late Chester Kuskoski Jr. Roberta was born and raised in Boston a daughter of the late Roy and Marguerite (Brown) Mathews and had lived in Brockton for over 40 years.
Roberta was a homemaker devoted to her home and family. She especially enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Roberta loved to cook for everyone, play cards with her friends every Saturday night and play bingo.
Roberta was the mother of Chet Kuskoski, III and his wife Terri of Brockton, Steven Kuskoski of Boston and the late Paul Kuskoski. She leaves three grandchildren; Robert Kuskoski and his wife Jennifer of Brockton, Julie Kuskoski of Buzzards Bay and Steven Kuskoski, Jr. of Randolph and two great grandchildren, Kylie Kuskoski and Kyle Hathaway, Jr. Roberta was the sister of Marylou Otto of Florida, Carol Kerekon of Berkley and the late Roy Mathews, Jr.
Visiting hours will be held in the Conley Funeral Home, 138 Belmont St. (rte. 123) Brockton on Monday 4-8 pm. The procession will gather at the funeral home on Tuesday at 8 am for a funeral Mass in Christ the King Church at 9am. Burial will follow in Knollwood Memorial Park in Canton.
