Gary Archie O’Neal, 57, of Tifton passed away Wednesday, June 15, 2016, at his residence. A graveside funeral service will be held for Mr. O'Neal at 4:00 p.m. Friday, June 17, 2016, at Brushy Creek Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery in Irwin County, where he will be laid to rest. The Rev. Landon Alberson will officiate. The family will receive friends Friday, June 17, 2016, from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m. at Bowen-Donaldson Home for Funerals.
Born November 30, 1958 in Tifton, Mr. O’Neal was the son of the late Willis “Toby” Aubrey O’Neal and Evelyn Scott O’Neal Sanderson. He was also preceded in death by his step-father, Charles Sanderson; and a brother, Richard Aubrey O’Neal. He was disabled and served in the National Guard Reserves.
Mr. O’Neal is survived by one son, Toby O’Neal of South Carolina; a daughter, Tonya O’Neal of Ty Ty; a brother, Larry O’Neal of Sylvester; a sister and brother-in-law, Darlene and Jimmy Sumner of Tifton; and a granddaughter, Serenity O’Neal.
