Charlton- Jean Arthur Roy Lafleche,66, passed away June 13, 2016 at Leominster Hospital surrounded by his family after a long illness following an auto accident in March of 1988.
Jean was born at Harrington Hospital in Southbridge, MA on July 12, 1949 a son of the late Bella (Lamothe) and
Edmund O. Lafleche. He graduated from the former Charlton High School in 1968.
Jean loved music and was an excellent drummer, playing in several bands in his younger years. He was an avid Patriots fan. He loved hunting, fishing and dancing.
Jean is survived by his children: Michelle (Lafleche) Thammavongsa and her husband Kongphavan “Sam”, of Columbia, TN; Adam Lafleche and his wife Erin of Ellington, CT; Brian Lafleche and wife Vanessa of Charlton. His 5 grandchildren: Hunter, Dylan, Juliana, Justin, Abigail, and beloved brother, Leonard Lafleche, who spent many years by his side. He is also survived by his brother Donald Lafleche of FL.
Jean's family would like to thank the many people who assisted in his care over the years, especially the staff at Life Care of Leominster.
