Emily Kay Hornback 35 passed away Saturday June 11, 2016 at Sts. Mary & Elizabeth Hospital. She was a member of Shively Baptist Church .
She is survived by her loving mother Marilyn (Weatherton) Hornback ,her father, James Norman Hornback and her best friends :Parker, Gracie, Ellie and Truly.
Her service will be 11 am Thursday at Owen Funeral Home 5317 Dixie Hwy, with burial at Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be 1pm to 8pm Wednesday. In lieu of flowers expressions may be made to the Kentucky Humane Society
