Sibyl Brewer Sutton, 97, of Orange Park, Florida, died Tuesday, June 7, 2016, at Haven Hospice Custead Care Center, in Orange Park, Florida.
Graveside services will be held 11 AM, Saturday, June 11, 2016, at Evergreen Cemetery, in Fitzgerald, Georgia with the Rev. Sonny Pate officiating.
Mrs. Sutton was born August 2, 1918, in Ben Hill County, Georgia, to the late Charles Forrest Brewer & Lora Walker Brewer. She lived in Florida most of her life and was a beautician and a homemaker. Mrs. Sutton was of the Baptist faith.
She is survived by two brothers: C. F. Brewer, Jr. & Ann of Fitzgerald and Elton Brewer & Bobbie of Fitzgerald; nephews: Larry Brewer & Teresa of Fitzgerald, Gerald Brewer & Delaine of Fitzgerald, Lloyd Brewer & Tina of Dahlonega, Bruce Tracy of Clinton, Maryland and Lynn Tracy of Clinton, Maryland. Several great-nieces, great-nephews, great-great nieces and great-great-nephews also survive. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband: James Hughlon Sutton; an infant brother: Omar Brewer; and a sister & brother-in-law: Agnes Brewer Tracy and Gill.
