Smith, Ronald Edward, 68, of Louisville passed away Friday, June 10, 2016.
Ronald was a cable repair tech. for Bell South Company.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Margaret & Benjamin Smith; a sister, Margie Folden; a brother & sister-in-law, Robert & Shirley Smith.
Survivors include his wife of 47 years, Marian Lee (Nunn) Smith; two children, Rhonda Lorimor (Lee) & Brian Smith (Heather); a sister, Sharon Henderson (Jimmy); six grandchildren, Leigha, Peyton, Blake, Amelia, Gabe & Lily; several nieces, nephews & close friends.
Funeral services will be held 12:00 noon Monday at Owen Funeral Home 5317 Dixie Hwy. with entombment at Evergreen Cemetery on Tuesday. Visitation will be 1:00 – 8:00 PM Sunday & after 9:00 A.M. Monday.
The family would like to thank the staffs at James Graham Brown Cancer Center & 6-south unit at University Hospital for the special care he received.
