Jeffrey Scott Rose, 36, passed away June 8,2016.
He was a Kentucky Wildcat fan and a Journeyman Sheet metal worker with Local 110.
He was preceded in death by his “Pa Paw,” Donald Bruce Evans.
Jeffrey is survived by his parents, Patti and Daniel Rose; children, Dylan S. and Brooklyn J. Rose; brother, Robert B. Rose (Lacey); grandparents, Nancy Evans and Ann and Bob Rose; girlfriend, Chelsey Kendall; two nephews Riley and Easton.
Funeral service Monday, 11 A.M. at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway with burial in Resthaven Cemetery.
Visitation will be Sunday, at 2 P.M. until 8 P.M. at Owen Funeral Home.
