FALL RIVER… Stanley P. Kostka, 71, of Fall River, passed away June 9, 2016. He was the husband of Joyce L. (Barnes) Kostka.
Born in Fall River, he was a son of the late Stanislaus and Jennie (Laniak) Kostka.
Mr. Kostka worked for Bristol Community College for 18 years as a data entry person with the Accounting Lab retiring in 2011. He loved all New England Sports and was a member of the Italian Progressive Club.
Survivors include his wife, 2 Daughters: Melissa Carvalho of Fall River, Jennifer Kostka of Wareham, a Son: Peter S. Kostka of Fall River, a Brother: John Kostka of Fall River, 3 Grandchildren and several cousins. He was the father of the late Christopher Connors.
Funeral Mass to which relatives and friends are invited to will be held Monday June 13th at 10 AM at St. Stanislaus Church, 36 Rockland St. Fall River. Interment will be in Notre Dame Cemetery, Fall River. Calling hours will be held Sunday from 5-8 PM at Boyko Memorial Funeral Home, 709 Broadway, Fall River.
