Anne Marie “Ree Ree” (Sheehan) Adrien, of Milton, passed away unexpectedly on June 7, 2016. A lifelong Milton resident, Anne Marie was a graduate of Notre Dame Academy, Class of ’56, and attended Boston University Sargent College of Physical Education and Bridgewater State College. She was a retired employee of the U.S. Post Office at So. Postal Annex and a Past Pres. & longtime member of Wollaston Golf Club. The beloved wife of the late John C. Adrien, she was the devoted sister of Gertrude Williams of Melrose & her late husband George, Mary E. Cahill & her husband Gregory of Braintree, James M. Sheehan of Milton and the late Andrew Sheehan, the dear aunt of George & Andrew Williams, Kathleen Murphy, and Maureen & Gregory Cahill and cherished grandaunt of 5 grandnieces & grandnephews. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Agatha Church, Milton, Saturday at 10:30 am. Visiting hours at the Alfred D. Thomas Funeral Home, 326 Granite Ave., Milton Friday 4 to 8 PM. Burial in Milton Cemetery.
