94 of Louisville, passed away Thursday June 2, 2016 She was the former Francella Francis. She was born in Tucker Station, KY and she was the owner of Mr. Kelley Bar and Grill. She was preceded in death by her parents Lee and Kate Francis and her siblings. She is survived by her son Dirk Tackett (Myra), grandson Todd Tackett (Sara), two great-grandchildren Lauren and Jack, and by niece Sister Vivian Bowles OSU, nephews and great-nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Thursday June 9th from 10 a.m. to the time of service 2 p.m. at the Owen Funeral Home-Jeffersontown 9318 Taylorsville Rd. Entombment will be at Resthaven Memorial Park.
