Glenn Roberts, 56, of Irwin County, Georgia, died Saturday, June 4, 2016, at his residence.
Memorial services will be held 5 PM, Monday, June 6, 2016, at Henderson Chapel Primitive Baptist Church with the Rev. Sammy Smith and the Rev. Philip Roberts officiating. His devoted friend, Larry Mobley, will give the eulogy. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
Mr. Roberts was born July 5, 1959, in Munich, Germany to the late Aubrey Bernard & Louise Virginia Harper Roberts. He was a 1977 graduate of Irwin County High School. Mr. Roberts was owner and operator of Roberts Welding Shop in Ocilla. He was an avid hunter and fisherman. He attended Henderson Chapel Primitive Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife of 22 years, LaDonna Rogers Roberts; two brothers: Tommy & Cathy Roberts of Wray and Bryan & Benita Roberts of Bonaire; as well as several nephews, a great-niece, and a great-nephew.
