Ida Rita (DiMauro) Perrotta age 88 of Hampstead, NH, died Thursday, June 2, 2016 at Parkland Medical Center, Derry, NH.
She was born in Lawrence, where she grew up and was educated. She was formerly of Salem, NH, where she lived for 47 years.
Ida worked in the shoe mills for Jenrose Shoe in Lawrence, MA. She enjoyed cooking, sewing, and the Salem Senior Center.
Ida was the daughter of the late Mario and Carmela (Conte) Dimauro. She was predeceased by her husband Alexander Perrotta, and her siblings, Cal and Frank Dimauro, and Angela Poirier.
Ida is survived by her sister: Joyce and her husband Don McPheters of Plaistow, NH, Brother: Mario and his wife Kim DiMauro of Methuen, MA, Step Sons: Joseph and his wife Barbara Perrotta of Salem, NH, and Richard and his wife Phyllis Perrotta of Colorado, Seven grandchildren, several great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews
Calling hours will be Tuesday, June 7th from 4-8 PM at the Kenneth H. Pollard Funeral Home, 233 Lawrence St, Methuen, MA.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday, June 8th at 11 AM at St. Monica’s Parish, Methuen, MA. Burial will follow in Bellevue Cemetery, Lawrence.
