Marguerite Idella (Cryan) Tracy, 90, formerly of Medway, died Monday, May 30, 2016 at Mountain Park Senior Assisted Living in Phoenix, Arizona. She was the beloved wife of Frank Charles Tracy for 71 years.
Born in Boston on January 14, 1926, she was the daughter of the late William and Mary (Daven) Cryan.
Mrs. Tracy was a resident of Phoenix for the past 3 ½ years and formerly resided in Medway for many years.
She was a graduate of the Girls Latin School in Boston.
A homemaker all of her life, Mrs. Tracy loved taking care of her boys and enjoyed playing the piano and doing crosswords.
Besides her husband, she is also survived by five sons, Frank Tracy and his wife Gail of Phoenix, Kevin Tracy and his wife Caroline of San Diego, California, Jerry Tracy and his wife Melinda of Medway, Lee Tracy and his wife Darlene of Hampton, New Hampshire and Robert Tracy and his wife Nancy of Raleigh, North Carolina.
She is also survived by 10 grandsons and 5 great-grandchildren.
She was the sister of the late Betty Tracy and William Cryan.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral Mass at St. Joseph Church, 151 Village St. in Medway on Saturday, June 18, 2016 at 10 a.m.
Burial will take place at the Massachusetts National Cemetery in Bourne at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made in her memory to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
