85 of Louisville, passed away Thursday June 2, 2016. He was born in Anderson County, KY and he was a Army Veteran during the Korean War, and he was a security guard for the Jefferson County Fiscal Court. He is survived by his daughters; Joy Hardin (Donald), Robin Lewis, and Vicky Jolyne Gurley (Dennis), grandchildren; Donica Parker (David), Alicia Hardin, Julie Lewis and John Michael Lewis, and 10 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be Monday June 6 from 10 a.m. to Noon at the Owen Funeral Home-Jeffersontown 9318 Taylorsville Rd. Funeral service will be Noon Monday at the funeral home with burial to follow at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Central in Radcliff, KY at 2 p.m. Expressions of sympathy can be made to the KY Colonels and the Humane Society.
