Summers, Jimmie Lee, 71, passed away May 31, 2016 at his home.
He was born to James E. and Rhoda (Blackwell) Summers.
Jimmie was the owner of Summers Construction Co. for over 48 yrs., and was in the National Guard.
Jimmie is preceded in death by his father. His survivors include his wife of 39 yrs., Charlotte (Watson); his mother, Rhoda Summers; a daughter, Stacey Berg (Eugene); sons Frank (Christine), Kevin, and Wesley Hoskins; eight grandchildren, Kelley, Jessica, Candace, Katelyn, Frankie, Heather, Holly, and Roger; seven great-grandchildren; brothers, Ronnie (Judy), and Richard Summers; sisters, Ginny Carnes (Charles), Charlotte Redmon, and Judy Copeland (Jerry).
Funeral Services will be Monday at 11:00AM at Owen Funeral Home 5317 Dixie Hwy. Burial is in Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation is Sunday 12:00-8:00PM
